Searching for Golden State’s weakness

The Jazz will have to beat the Warriors to get to the Finals in the future, so what better way to prepare for that than getting a larger sample size of Golden State going up against their weakness?

They may not have many weaknesses, but they do struggle against size. Up against Enes Kanter and Steven Adams, they fell in a 1-3 series hole last year. They were beat by the Cleveland Cavaliers thanks to Tristan Thompson and Kevin Love’s rebounding presences. We have seen the Jazz come close to beating GSW several times due to the presences of Derrick Favors and Rudy Gobert in the post, and the slow-paced physical play.

If Cleveland is once again able to exploit that weakness it will give jazz fans hope that Dennis Lindsey is building the team in the right blueprint – one that can beat Golden State.
