3) Rings For Deron Williams & Kyle Korver

So Deron Williams remains to this day public enemy No. 1 in the eyes of some Jazz fans. However, there also exists a large contingent among Jazz Nation that continues to pull for Utah’s former franchise point guard.

That should come as no surprise — D-Will spent five and a half good years in Salt Lake, represented the Jazz in the All-Star Game, won Olympic gold medals and took the team to the Western Conference Finals.

He’s also gone on record about his admiration for the state of Utah and is reportedly interested in ending his career there.

Williams and another fan favorite from Jazz lore, the ever-dreamy Kyle Korver, now find themselves joining LeBron, Kyrie Irving and the Cavs in their quest for another NBA title. For the former Jazz duo, it would be their first rings.

I, for one, want the two to succeed. A championship run would be the crowning achievement in each of their fine careers. It would also take the title off their bucket lists and, potentially, free them up to seek slightly more money, larger roles and a return to a special place in their basketball journeys with the Jazz.

In any event, it’s just good to see your guys do well.
