Memphis Grizzlies – James Ennis III

Similarly to the Rockets, I don’t expect Memphis to be a huge player at the trade deadline (although there has been speculation that Chandler Parsons and/or Tony Allen could be on the move), and if they are, I’m not so sure that the players they have available would truly fit with the Jazz all that well.

With that being said, however, one guy who has played surprisingly well for the Grizzlies has been James Ennis III. He’s averaging just 7.7 points per game but he’s shooting a very efficient 47.5 percent from the field and 41.3 percent from deep.

Position-wise, he may not be all that necessary as he fills a similar role to Gordon Hayward and Joe Johnson, but his solid shooting and ability to fill the stat sheet in other areas certainly make him an interesting prospect.

If the Jazz are more interested in adding a player who fits more of a need, then journeyman Troy Daniels could also be a good fit. He’s not necessarily the best at running an offense, but he’s a point guard who can shoot the three very well. He’s converting on 38.8 percent of his attempts this season and is a 41.1 percent career three-point shooter.

Honorable Mention – Troy Daniels
