#3. 12/16 Utah vs. Dallas
In a game that was reminiscent of the earlier mentioned contest against the Phoenix Suns, the Utah Jazz jumped out to a significant lead, only to watch it whither away in the fourth quarter.
With the game tied, Deron Williams attempted a game-winner for the Mavericks but took it too early in the shot clock, allowing Rodney Hood to collect the ball, dash down the court and nail a three to give Utah the 103-100 win. It was likely the best “jump out of your seat” moment of the year so far.
Utah used a balanced attack all night to put themselves in a position to win and were able to come up with the key stop down the stretch then seal the deal with a game winner making this one of the year’s most memorable victories.
