#4. 12/18 Utah at Memphis

Some might think that I have listed this game too high, but I honestly think it was one of the most intense games of the season. In typical grind-out fashion, the Jazz and Grizzlies had a defensive chess match that went back and forth the whole way.

Through three quarters, the game was neck-and-neck, edge-of-your-seat basketball until Utah finally pulled away late with a phenomenal 21-15 fourth quarter that led to an 82-73 win. This game was up in the air for the entire 48 minutes and that is what made it one of the best. Utah also struggled against Memphis in each contest after this, making it an even more significant victory.

The most impressive aspect of this game was Rudy Gobert’s incredible 22-point, 11-rebound night while holding Memphis All-Star center Marc Gasol to just eight points on 4-of-22 shooting.
