A well-rested Utah Jazz team should be able to earn a much-needed win in tonight’s contest as they’ll host a talented but struggling Milwaukee Bucks team.

After three days of rest following a bit of a slump, the Utah Jazz will finally be back in action tonight and have a chance to bounce back and return to their winning ways as they face the Milwaukee Bucks for the first time this season. Fortunately, as I pointed out yesterday, the Jazz have played some of their best basketball once they’ve finally been able to rest following a tough road trip or busy schedule.

Not to mention, they’re also undefeated when coming into games with three days of rest, so the Bucks will have to watch out for a recovered and determined Jazz team.

On the other hand, though, Milwaukee’s last game was on the same night as Utah’s loss to Memphis so they will be equally rested and they boast plenty of young talent that is capable of putting a scare into any team in the league.

For a solid break down of what Utah can expect in this Bucks team, be sure to check out my recent Week 15 Preview piece detailing the Jazz’s pair of games this week. More than anything, the Jazz will have to be on the lookout for two rising stars in Giannis Antentokounmpo (who in fact was recently named an All-Star starter) and Jabari Parker.

While the Bucks have shown flashes of brilliance this season, they are also coming into tonight’s game as losers of eight of their last nine, so the Jazz will need to spring on them from the get-go and not allow a likely demoralized Milwaukee team to build any confidence.
