The start of NBA Free Agency is just around the corner. While, in recent years, that statement has had no significance for Utah Jazz fans, Summer 2016 appears poised and ready to be quite eventful.

After trading away the No. 12 pick in the draft for Indiana Pacers point guard George Hill, the Utah Jazz sent a clear message that they are ready to turn their focus from rebuilding to winning. Jazz GM Dennis Lindsey reiterated this sentiment by declaring that the Jazz were preparing to be active during the free agency period.

While it’s still very early in the process to make any assumptions, two free agent names that have come up with ties to the Jazz include Jared Dudley and Solomon Hill. I’ve already discussed how the addition of both of these players could work for the Jazz. For an explanation on Dudley, check out this story here, for Hill check here.

But what other free agents are available and could be a possibility for the Jazz? Luckily, CBSSports’ Matt Moore compiled a list of the top 80 NBA free agents this summer that provides an excellent snapshot of who’s available this offseason.

However, rather than go over all 80, I’ve decided to take a look at a few key names the Jazz should take a look at, from pipe dreams, to more realistic options. Ahead you’ll find a quick look at some of these available free agents listed including how they would fit with the Jazz and their likelihood to consider Utah as a destination.
