16) Phoenix Suns: Tyson Chandler is a solid addition, if not a confusing one. His presence on the Suns roster could delay the growth of the impressive Alex Len. Sound familiar, Jazz fans?

17) Indiana Pacers: Paul George is back. They should be fun to watch, especially in the East.

18) Boston Celtics: David Lee is going to put them in a good place. They still need rim protection.

19) Charlotte Hornets: The loss of Michael Kidd-Gilchrist will hurt. Nicolas Batum is an excellent addition, though.

20) Dallas Mavericks: Dallas can easily move up the ladder or slide down to bottom of the conference depending on which Deron Williams shows up and whether or not they can stay healthy. Can Wes Mathews regain his Portland form?
