5) Al Jefferson
Say what you will about Big Al Jefferson, it doesn’t change the fact that he did some great things in his time with the Utah Jazz. He was undeniably the go-to guy on offense, statistically one of the best clutch players in the league, a good rebounder and a borderline All-Star player.
Still, his defense on the floor and the effect his presence had on the team’s young bigs was a point for debate among Jazz fans during his tenure with the club. Many felt that the minutes given to Jefferson and Paul Millsap would have been better served by Derrick Favors and Enes Kanter.
I suppose we were half-right on that one.
Utah Jazz Stats: 221 GP, 18.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, 1.6 blocks and one giant bed.
