Gerald Green is the type of player that Jazz fans would love to watch.  His combination of athleticism, dunking, and means there is never a dull moment with him in the game.  Green would provide a nice veteran presence for Utah on the wing.  His scoring would be something the Jazz are in need of.  Through the last two years Green has hit on 38.4% of his threes.

Green has poor defensive principles, but is able to recover from mistakes with his athleticism.  However, he would fit Quin’s system nicely.  He could start for the remainder of the year, and be a fantastic sixth man when Alec Burks comes back.

Miles Plumlee is a decent back up center.  Last year he started 79 games for the Suns, averaging eight points and eight rebounds.  He is really much more qualified for a back up role, which is why the Suns are now bringing him off the bench.  He would be a good, low cost options as a 3rd big for the Jazz.

The Suns are in desperate need to make a move.  They currently sit in the eight spot of the Western conference, but are only a game ahead of OKC.  They need to improve.  Adding Enes Kanter would give them an inside presence that they completely lack.  The Morris Twins are primarily shooters and Alex Len is a defensive minded player.  Kanter would clear out space down below to open up their shooters.  Jeff Hornacek knows Kanater and would now how to immediately integrate him.

"“In the short-term, swapping Gerald Green and Miles Plumlee for Enes Kanter seems like a no-brainer. Green has fallen out of the rotation, Plumlee is an expendable third-stringer and Kanter, at only 22 years old, would help Phoenix on the glass, an area where they’re vulnerable. Kanter’s developing midrange — and even three-point — shot would be a nice addition to the offense as well.   However, Kanter is a restricted free agent this summer and will attract his fair share of attention. The Jazz have the inside track to re-sign him if they so choose, but the Suns would have no such luxury with their free agency attention (and cap room) set on Goran Dragic. Plumlee’s value also increased after Alex Len sprained his ankle. That being said, if Len’s ankle sprain really is a mild one, Green and Plumlee are expendable enough to take a chance on Kanter, even as a rental designed to help the Suns hold on for the postseason.”"
