Jeremy Evans sets vertical record at P3 Sports Science Institute

Everyone and anyone who is a Utah Jazz fan, knows that Jeremy Evans has hops. In case you had forgotten since it was the off season, take a look at the picture below to help you remember.

Evans jump of 12′ 8.5″ is a P3 record. This jump is coming just weeks after Cleveland Cavalier’s number one draft pick, Andrew Wiggins, opened some people’s eyes when he jumped 44″.

As most all Jazz fans know, and most NBA fans, Evans is a former slam dunk champion in 2012. He also was a finalist in the 2013 slam dunk championship at All-Star weekend.

Evans is starting to slowly work his way into the Jazz’s rotation. In the last season, he developed a jump shot to go along with his high soaring athleticism. It’s pictures like this that show you that this is still what Jeremy Evans will be known for.

The bar has been set pretty high at P3 by Evans. If anyone plans on breaking his record, they are going to need to have some serious hops.
