NBA Draft: Final Mock Draft (With Trades)

3. Philadelphia 76ers – Dante Exum
Philadelphia had hopes that they could trade into the top pick and draft Wiggins. Their offer of Thaddeus Young, the third pick, and the tenth pick could be something that the Cavaliers strongly consider, however, I think if they wouldn’t want to take back Young, which could be the reason they reject the trade.
Since they had to stay with the third pick, they take Exum, who is a guy that they can pair in the back court with Michael Carter-Williams and potentially be a very dynamic duo. Exum, like Carter-Williams, is very long. He is also very quick. The only real knock on him is that his jump shot could use a little bit of improvement, but everything else is there and he has huge upside.
The rumors that have swirled around also say the 76ers are interested in Noah Vonleh out of Indiana, but I can’t see them passing on Exum.
