4. Boston Celtics – Jabari Parker, Duke University

This could very well upset 99 percent of Jazz nation, but I don’t see Parker dropping lower than four, and I don’t see the Jazz at this point breaking into the top four. Parker has been sought after by Jazz fans since before basketball season had even started. There is a chance that the Jazz could trade up a spot or two to try and grab Parker, but in the case of Boston, any trade that they would want to do with the Jazz would have to include Gordon Hayward. That is something I am not sure the Jazz would be willing to do.
