9. Cleveland Cavaliers – James Young, University of Kentucky
For the last few seasons in the lottery, the Cavaliers have surprised everyone by screwing up every other teams plans. Last season was no different as they ended up with the number one pick yet again. This season, it is highly unlikely that they will be getting that number one pick, but with Cleveland you never know. However, the Cavaliers are going to be needing a small forward next season. They traded for Luol Deng and was hoping to re-sign him. After learning that he wouldn’t be back in Cleveland next season, the Cavaliers tried to trade him. After unsuccessful tries, Cleveland knows that the small forward position will be something they will need to address this off season. James Young is probably has the most upsided of any small forward in the draft after Wiggins and Parker.
