Zach LaVine – Freshman

Not very many players possess the size and athletic ability that Zach LaVine possesses at the point guard position.  LaVine is a very athletic point guard who is 6’5″ and can jump out of the gym.  The last point guard to come out of UCLA that was taller and had the same type of athletic ability was Russell Westbrook.  Obviously Russell Westbrook is one of the best point guards in the entire NBA but tall and athletic point guards seem to have been successful in recent years.  Rookie Michael Carter-Williams is the same type of player and looks to be on track to win rookie of the year.  These factors make LaVine a very attractive pick in this years draft.
