1. Who will be the Jazz’s best overall player this season?
Haslam : Gordon Hayward – After watching him in the USA’s men’s scrimmage, there is no doubt in my mind that Hayward can be the best player for years to come. Enes Kanter I think will be the second best.
Newman : Trey Burke – I know we haven’t seen him play in a Jazz uniform yet, but I think he’s the glue that will pull these guys together. He will direct everyone and make the offense run its best since Deron Williams.
L. McDermott : Gordon Hayward
R. McDermott : Gordon Hayward
Anderson : It will be a tie between Gordon Hayward and Derrick Favors. With strong consideration for Enes Kanter.
Overall, Hayward should have the biggest year for the Jazz. He can do everything that is needed. Score, rebound, pass. He should be able to average close to 18, 5, 5. However, I think Kanter could be big this year. I’m thinking Kanter could average 18 and 10, with Favors averaging about 16 and 8. All in all, if those 3 can average those numbers, that’s not bad at all.
