1 : Cleveland Cavaliers select Otto Porter, SF, Georgetown

I might be alone on this, maybe I’m not, but when you look at the Cav’s roster, they have 2 young guards that are extremely talented.  Kyrie Irving might be the best young point guard in the league.  Kyrie is getting towards the end of his current contract in Cleveland and if Cav’s management doesn’t get another scorer to help out, he might not want to stick around.

After drafting Dion Waters in last years draft, the Cavs seem to be set now at there shooting guard of the future.  They need a big man and a small forward.  To me, Porter is the safest pick.  Looking ahead, Porter seems like a guy who can be solid for years to come.

I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised with the Cavs going with either Noel or Len here, but they could use more offensive firepower and I think Porter fits the bill.
