Randy Foye – Unrestricted – 2012-2013 Salary $2,500,000
FOYE FOR THREE! How many times did we hear that this last season? More than ever, since Foye broke the single season record for threes made in a season by a Jazz player. This is something the Jazz needed last season, since the season before we were one of the worst three point shooting teams in the league. However, will he come back?
He has already said that he wants to come back and management has said they would like him back. His 3 point shooting is a huge part of what the Jazz did last year and what they still need in the future. Except, for another argument, it might be time for Alec Burks to start at shooting guard. Foye would be a great guy to come off the bench behind Burks. You can leave a comment and tell me how wrong I am on the Burks deal if you’d like, but I honestly believe that.
With Foye coming off the bench, his 3 point shooting will keep the second unit scoring and can help keep us in games. The Jazz like him, he likes the Jazz, so this is probably going to happen.
