C.J. Miles – 7.68

With a 7.68 rating, Mr. C.J. Miles shows up as our sixth overall Jazz-man. 

Miles averaged 12.8 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and nearly a steal per game in 2010-11. He also recorded a career high 40-point performance against the Minnesota Timberwolves on March 16.

Although the main drawback to C.J.’s game last year was inconsistency, we have to realize that he’s barely entering his prime. For spending six years in the league, he’s only 24 years old.

Kevin O’Connor displayed his own confidence in Miles by picking up C.J.’s player option earlier this summer–along with Derrick Favors’ and Gordon Hayward’s.

By picking up Miles’ contract option, Jazz GM Kevin O’Connor renounced C.J.’s inconsistency and integrated him as part of the core of young players moving forward. That core more than likely consists of Derrick Favors, Gordon Hayward, Alec Burks, and Enes Kanter.

In all honesty, the Jazz have successfully solidified a lineup consisting of a point guard (Burks), shooting guard (Hayward), small forward (Miles), power forward (Favors), and center (Kanter).

A lineup full of potential, no doubt.
