Utah Jazz: Top Ten Jazz Players, No. 9 Earl Watson

No. 9

Earl Watson – 4.44

The “Mighty Mouse”….

Earl Watson.

After posting stats of 4.3 points, 3.5 assists, and 2.3 rebounds per game in his first season with the Jazz, Earl Watson earns the No. 9 spot on this list with a 4.44 overall rating.

This veteran guard played well in Utah and led the back-up squad on the floor with heart and intensity. Throwing countless “early-oops” to Jeremy Evans, Watson became an instant fan-favorite.

Earl is an unrestricted free agent (UFA), but told the associated press that he wishes to stay in Utah and, “…it’s a great fit. I like it here. This is where I want to be.”

With the Jazz’s shortage of back-up point guards, I hope Watson is back for another season.
